KK7 Terms and Conditions

1General Terms & Eligibility

By accessing the KK7 platform, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using KK7.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between KK7 and its users. KK7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Users must be at least 18 years old to use KK7.
• Citizens or residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to use KK7.
• By registering with KK7, users confirm that online gaming is legal in their jurisdiction.
• KK7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with KK7, you must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• KK7 may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Account credentials must not be shared with anyone. The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• If you lose access to your password or believe your account has been compromised, contact KK7 support immediately.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

KK7 supports popular Bangladeshi payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms apply to all payment transactions.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawing to a different method is not permitted.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as such will be forfeited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 business hours.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, KK7 may place a hold on the funds until an investigation is completed.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

KK7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the bonus page. General bonus conditions are outlined below.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Each bonus offer is available only once per person, household, address, or device.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If KK7 finds evidence of bonus abuse, the bonus will be voided from the account in question.
• Promotion codes can only be used once and will not be valid after that.

5Gaming Rules

All games on KK7 are conducted fairly and transparently. All members must comply with the following gaming rules.

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or hack the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots or software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.
• If a technical error in KK7's game interface results in an abnormal win, KK7 reserves the right to void that win.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

6Sports Betting Rules

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting on KK7. Please keep the following conditions in mind when placing bets on cricket, football, or any other sport.

• Bets placed before a match begins will be governed by pre-match betting rules.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time — the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled or less than 90% of the scheduled time is completed, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Any involvement in match fixing or other fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same match to exploit odds differences — is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event, and KK7 reserves the right to change them.

7Account Suspension & Closure

KK7 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or refusing to complete identity verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Hacking, cheating, or any form of unethical gaming activity.
• Suspicious financial transactions or attempts at money laundering.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned following identity verification.

8Privacy & Data Protection

• KK7 does not sell user data to any third parties.
• User information may be disclosed to government authorities where required by law.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Users may request the deletion of their data, though certain information may be retained where required by law.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

KK7 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Each account can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session time limits can be set for gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion is available for a set period — 30 days, 6 months, or permanently.
• Members must ensure that minors do not have access to their accounts.

10Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between KK7 and a user, we will first attempt to resolve the matter through our support channels.

• All complaints must be submitted to support@kk7.life within 30 days of the incident.
• KK7 will respond to complaints within 7 business days of receipt.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, server logs will serve as the final and definitive record.
• If you are unsatisfied with a decision made by KK7, you may seek assistance from an independent mediator.

11Changes & Updates to Terms

KK7 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email and a notice will be posted on the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• The date of any changes will always be noted at the top of this page.
